Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in achieving company goals & objectives of customer acquisition & revenue growth. This role will report to Inside Sales Representative Manager/Team Lead or assigned HOD. The Inside Sales Representative will be the first contact point to build long term relationship with mid-market business partners/customers to deliver a strong support to improve overall sales target & revenue.
What You Will Do
Manage sales cycle effectively which include prospecting, make contact, qualify & nurture prospect turning them into sales closure & delivery. Manage quotation requests daily, build sales pipeline, track & review weekly performance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Able to leverage on digital & social platforms like emails, video, chat, phone, conference call, LinkedIn & etc. to maintain high daily activities to effectively reach out & sell to business partners/customers (minimum 60-90 activities daily).
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline.
- 1-2 Years of experience in digital sales/telesales/inside sales with a proven track record of success.
- Possess excellent sales/customer service relationship background, telesales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via phone, email, chat, video and presentations.
