Role Overview
The Data & Analytics team plays a pivotal role in the success of our CRM Marketing function and whole Marketing division by providing high-quality experimentation and timely analytical insights as well as data-backed recommendations, maintaining data operations and ensuring data quality.
What You Will Do
Design and execute A/B tests, perform data analysis, work closely with CRM Marketing and other Marketing teams, develop and maintain data-driven processes, provide actionable insights, and support the integration of new data sources.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and capable individual with strong experience in data analytics, Python, and SQL, excellent understanding of mathematical statistics, and ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or a related field
- Data Analytics 4+ years (With strong focus on A/B testing)
- Strong experience in Python
- Strong experience in SQL (complex queries, analytic functions)
- Excellent understanding of mathematical statistics
- Ability to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and produce insights
- Proven ability to efficiently formalize and visualize the results of the data analysis
- English language is a must; any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to communicate complex statistical & mathematical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently and to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines
- Ability to adapt to requirement changes when needed and produce fast solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication, upper-intermediate English
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
