Role Overview
We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join our 7/13 training class. This position requires availability to work at least one weekend day each week. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with potential customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
What You Will Do
Make outbound calls to warm leads, answer inbound calls, clearly explain the value of Expo Home Improvement services, qualify potential projects, and schedule free in-home estimates.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ability to handle objections confidently and guide potential customers through our process
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and call tracking software is a plus
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficient with touch typing skills
- 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center environments, preferably in home improvement or a related industry
