Role Overview
Directs the work of two or more full-time employees, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and suppliers, and resolves customer issues. Manages daily operations to meet department and company objectives. Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.
What You Will Do
Motivate, train, and coach staff, develop and maintain productive work teams, and perform follow-up with staff members through monitoring, appraising, and report analytics on all performance metrics. Resolve customer issues, identify customer service trends, and determine necessary improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years prior work experience relevant to the team you will manage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) at the advanced level
- Experience developing and maintaining productive work teams and providing ongoing performance management
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and make independent judgments
