Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to professionalise and own our Sales Support function while driving cross-functional initiatives that make our commercial organisation more effective.
What You Will Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of our Sales Support function, create and maintain sales materials, manage and develop the Sales Support function, and support the Bid Manager and Sales team in preparing tenders and proposals.

Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in project management, operations, sales support, business operations or a similar hands-on role
- Experience coordinating internal projects, managing multiple priorities and driving process improvements
- A structured, analytical and detail-oriented way of working
- Strong writing and structuring skills
- Experience supporting tender or proposal processes, especially under deadline pressure
- Interest in guiding working students toward clear, high-quality work
- Fluent German, English and French
