What You Will Do

As Sales Manager, you’ll help create a high-performing culture by coaching and developing Solution Providers, leading daily sales meetings and training, driving appointment conversion and showroom performance, working deals and helping customers find solutions, monitoring performance and creating accountability, partnering with Finance, Service, and Executive Leadership, recruiting and developing future sales leaders.
