Role Overview
We’re looking for a proven Sales Manager who wants to coach people, build a winning culture, and lead a high-performing team. As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of our dealership by coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, leading daily sales meetings and performance coaching, and driving appointment conversion and showroom performance.
What You Will Do
You’ll coach and develop a high-performing sales team, lead daily sales meetings and performance coaching, drive appointment conversion and showroom performance, work alongside Finance and Executive Leadership, help recruit and develop future sales leaders, create accountability through proven sales processes, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and build a culture where people enjoy coming to work.
