People Operations Specialist

Role Overview

Finout is a cloud company that uses AI to automate HR processes. The People Operations Specialist will own the employee journey, manage onboarding and offboarding, and keep people operations running. The role requires a hands-on approach, with a balance of human touch and operational details.

What You Will Do

The People Operations Specialist will manage employee lifecycle processes, maintain accurate employee records, and support employees with HR-related questions. The role also involves coordinating global payroll, managing employee benefits, and exploring new tools and AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role
• Experience owning employee lifecycle processes independently
• A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and AI
• A proactive, tech-savvy mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Experience working with global teams, including the US market
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a very high professional level
• Experience coordinating payroll-related employee data and changes across multiple countries
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing the human touch
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for employee experience
• Experience with HR systems; HiBob is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience with US employee benefits administration, including enrollments, employee changes, and coordination with benefits providers is a plus
• Recruiting experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
