Role Overview
The SalesForce Administrator is part of the Data Engineering team that supports the entire organization in developing, programming and supporting the CRM tool as well as organizational processes.
What You Will Do
Daily administration and support of Cases in the SalesForce database, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations, working with management to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation and triggers.

Must maintain strong knowledge of SalesForce best practices, support the bank management as needed, and support strategic planning initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years SalesForce experience
- SalesForce.com Advanced Administrator Certification required
- Expertise in Apex preferred
- College degree or equivalent work or technical experience
- Knowledge of banking operations and processes highly desired
- Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java and Apex
- Close attention to detail
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use critical thinking to solve complex variables using demographics, existing client data, and external information
- Understands process and workflow
- Excellent interpersonal skills in working with colleagues within the bank
