Group Risk Reporting and Enablement Manager

Role Overview

Coordinate and be accountable for the end-to-end process of Basel Pillar 3 disclosure, facilitating the risk input into internal capital adequacy assessment process (ICAAP), overseeing the Analysing Banking Risk training, supporting the Group Risk management framework, and other group reporting responsibilities.

What You Will Do

Coordinate Basel Pillar 3 disclosures, review submissions for accuracy, deliver high-quality quarterly risk disclosures, coordinate risk input into ICAAP, contribute to other risk reporting requirements, engage with Prudential Authority, and drive digitisation of reporting processes.

Requirements

• CA(SA) – with at least 3–5-year post articles experience
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups to ensure timely delivery
• Adaptable and resilient in a changing environment
• Ability to apply sound judgement in ambiguous situations
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
