Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing (or equivalent) experience;
• demonstrated success in marketing CX, CCaaS, or AI technology solutions;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing Management, MBA preferred;
• Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills;
• Adept at working cross-functionally;
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and must enjoy fast-paced work environments;
