Role Overview
The Deal Desk Specialist works cross-functionally as part of the global Deal Desk team, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure efficient quoting, contracting, and accuracy to increase deal velocity and processing in Fivetran systems.
What You Will Do
Act as a liaison for sellers between multiple groups to help facilitate timely and accurate deal closure, manage complex deals, provide guidance to Account Executives/Sales Management, and partner with Finance and Legal teams.

Requirements
- Experience working directly with high-volume as well as complex sales teams in a supportive capacity
- Proven ability to work effectively as the sole Deal Desk resource within a region
- Proven success in SaaS/B2B Industry, Deal Desk, Sales Operations supporting large enterprise customers/prospects
- Expertise in navigating revenue recognition requirements in private/publicly held companies
- Minimum 3 years of Deal Desk experience required
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Ironclad or comparable CLM software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business units
- Strong customer service skills and a great attitude
