Associate, Deal Desk & Order Management

Role Overview

The Associate, Deal Desk & Order Management will be responsible for building and managing scalable processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for all of Flatiron’s commercial contracts. This role will partner closely with Sales and Account Management to provide operational support for day-to-day activities and help streamline deal workflows, approvals, billing, and revenue recognition through improved systems and processes.

What You Will Do

The Associate, Deal Desk & Order Management will support sales and Account Managers with quoting and approvals in Salesforce, manage ticket requests, troubleshoot reported issues, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to build and launch new SKUs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or related field
• Experience working with Quote-to-Cash systems, including Salesforce CRM, CPQ tools (required), and NetSuite (bonus)
• Passionate about process improvement and demonstrated a track record of driving high-impact operational efficiencies
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex business problems
• Exceptionally organized and reliable, and inspires and motivates high quality delivery, collaboration and performance from those around you
• Creative and strategic problem-solver, and can break down complex challenges into solvable parts and recommend compelling solutions
