Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, creating a consistent customer experience, and driving sales growth. They will oversee team members, customer experience, sales growth, customer readiness, and store planogram execution.
What You Will Do
Teach, train, coach, and mentor the team to develop consistent execution and customer service. Oversee individual development plans, ensure staffed areas, and execute customer readiness standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent relevant experience
- 3 years of management experience within a Big Box retailer preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to direct and motivate a diverse population
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and have open availability
