Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, while delivering actionable insights that support business growth and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI
• Experience with Tableau; familiarity with Looker is considered a plus
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
• Programming experience in Python or R is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
• Business acumen to connect data insights with strategic decisions
