What You Will Do
The Sales Development Manager will recruit, hire, train, and ramp a team of high-performing sales development representatives, coach and mentor the team, and use data to inform the strategy of the team.

Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles
- 2+ years managing a team, with experience coaching and developing individual contributors
- Proven track record of scaling a high performing team and exceeding quota expectations
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- An obsession with client happiness
- Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it
- Experience using data and analytics to drive decision making
- A leadership mentality with an excitement to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team
- Ability to inspire and motivate SDRs to high performance
