Role Overview

The Sales Development Manager will lead a team of sales development representatives, growing the top of funnel and managing the sales process. This is a high-impact opportunity for self-starters interested in solving real-world problems and revolutionizing global trade.

What You Will Do

The Sales Development Manager will recruit, hire, train, and ramp a team of high-performing sales development representatives, coach and mentor the team, and use data to inform the strategy of the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles
  • 2+ years managing a team, with experience coaching and developing individual contributors
  • Proven track record of scaling a high performing team and exceeding quota expectations
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • An obsession with client happiness
  • Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive decision making
  • A leadership mentality with an excitement to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team
  • Ability to inspire and motivate SDRs to high performance
