Role Overview
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to manage multiple leads through the sales funnel.
What You Will Do
The Inside Sales Associate’s primary responsibility is to build a qualified pipeline within your territory and meet your assigned annual quota. You will be responsible for and manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of inside sales or related experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and articulate product knowledge effectively
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset
- An individual that understands the value of providing a high level of customer service
