Senior Sales Enablement Consultant

Role Overview

The Sr. Sales Enablement Consultant is a vital role to achieve growth goals within the Medicare Sales organization. The incumbent will have two primary areas of focus, program leadership and Medicare Sales Subject Matter Expertise (SME).

What You Will Do

Manage business relationships, lead projects, analyze and synthesize sales and membership data, and establish critical relationships with internal business partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years related work experience
• Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of operational processes for Medicare sales
• Experience in developing strategies, overseeing work activities, and delivering results
• Experience in overseeing project portfolios and process improvement programs
• Experience in developing and overseeing effective controls
• Experience in continuous improvement
• Expertise in planning, prioritization, and execution
• Ability to translate strategy to daily operations and the staff that support the Customer First philosophy
• Experience in delivering effective communications (presentations, meetings, one on ones, written communication, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
