Senior CRM Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The CRM Salesforce Developer will collaborate with enterprise IT teams, Commercial Sales Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management to design, implement, and support business solutions that enhance our B2B customer experience and commerce platform functionality.

The Salesforce Developer will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify technical challenges, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with Flowserve’s architecture and development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, and development.
• Hands-on experience with core web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SDLS v2 and jQuery.
• Strong knowledge of the Force.com platform, including Apex, LWC, LWR (is a plus), XML, AJAX, SOQL, SOSL, unit testing, and peer testing.
• Experience working with web services and integrations, including REST and SOAP.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, application design principles, Salesforce best practices, and design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
• Experience supporting CRM projects for mid-market and enterprise organizations.
• Experience working Agile/Scrum environments and test-driven development practices.
• Experience with DevOps tools and continuous delivery processes, including code migration tools, CLI, and version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and adapt quickly to new technologies and business needs.
