Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst will assist in developing Sales programs to drive strategic and financial objectives for the Sales Team. The role involves reporting and defining SOP for Sales related activities, coordinating with HR, Finance, and Sales management, and supporting pricing activities.
What You Will Do
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting tools, reviewing processes, and coordinating with various teams. They will also support sales bid and tender activities, price loading/maintenance in SAP, and CRM administration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales/Service Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, Planning, or Finance, with a strong analytical background and experience with SAP, Salesforce.com, and Power BI.
Requirements
- Recognized Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Service Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, Planning, or Finance
- Successful experience in sales analysis and pricing analysis
- Hands on experience on SAP, Salesforce.com, Power BI
