Role Overview
This position will be based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The People Operations Coordinator will report directly to FIRE’s Chief People Officer and work closely with other members of FIRE’s People Operations and Administrative teams. The role involves a variety of tasks, including recruiting, learning and development, employee engagement, and administrative support.
What You Will Do
The duties for this position include recruiting, maintaining the applicant tracking system, coordinating interview scheduling, assisting with intake meetings, creating job postings, and supporting recruitment efforts. Additionally, the role involves acting as a brand ambassador, assisting with onboarding sessions, supporting internal training programs, and maintaining the organization’s internal website.
