Role Overview

Join Freddie Mac as a Business Lead and Sales Enablement liaison for Go-to-Market Strategy in the Single-Family Division in McLean, VA. This role translates go-to-market strategy into clear, actionable tools, insights, and experiences that enable customer-facing teams to engage the market with confidence and consistency.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute scalable enablement strategies, plan and coordinate frontline outreach for priority GTM initiatives, equip frontline teams with targeted messaging, and design targeted enablement experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of change management experience
  • Experience using data analytics, CRM systems, and delivering content across digital and traditional channels
  • Strong customer service orientation and written and verbal communication skills
