Role Overview
The Service Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating service revenue, managing top service end-users, and developing leads/opportunities for MVS and RICOH scanner contract sales. This role is part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment that rewards hard work and teamwork, encourages intellectual growth, and celebrates diversity.
What You Will Do
Manage service renewal accounts, generate service revenue, handle service renewals, leverage resources to increase awareness and develop leads/opportunities, manage service sales pipeline, and maintain CRM database.

Requirements
- Business development, prospecting and closing sales experience
- Imaging industry knowledge
- Customer service background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales
- 2 years of service sales related experience or renewal knowledge
- At least 5 years of sales experience in any role
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and major CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Understanding of the Document Imaging/ECM industry
- Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed and fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident, and tenacious
