Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager is a sales catalyst, relationship developer, service zealot, organizational wizard, traveller, expert trainer, problem solver, and company culture enthusiast. They will develop and maintain relationships and accounts with travel agencies, tour operators and online travel platforms in Northern Germany and Northern Europe.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain relationships and accounts, create a business plan to achieve targets, provide exceptional customer service, provide training on G Adventures’ Product, and handle booking issues.

The ideal candidate will have on the road travel sales experience, ability to understand and demonstrate professional sales presentation techniques, and strong negotiation skills. They will also be able to work irregular hours and travel domestically and internationally.
Requirements
- On the road travel sales experience
- Ability to understand and demonstrate professional sales presentation techniques
- Demonstrated strategic business planning, analysing, and reporting skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Advanced skills in interpersonal relationship management
- Effective communication skills in german and english
- Problem solving/complaint resolution skills with a focus on the customer experience
- Ability to navigate and use a variety of computer systems confidently
- Understanding of, and identification with, G Adventures’ Core Values
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Google products and Zoom is an asset
- Valid driver license
