Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Product Operations – Content Management & DAM will play a critical role in enabling the successful adoption, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Content Management and Digital Asset Management products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in product operations, digital product management, product enablement, content operations, digital asset management, content management, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise digital products through launch, adoption, and ongoing operations
• Experience establishing product operating models, governance, intake and prioritization processes, KPIs, and scalable ways of working
• Strong program and stakeholder management experience, with demonstrated ability to coordinate across Product, Technology, business, and operational teams
• Experience developing and executing product enablement, training, communications, adoption, or organizational change programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user feedback, product data, and operational insights into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex topics effectively with both senior stakeholders and end users
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex, cross-functional environment while managing multiple priorities and dependencies
