The Performance Marketing Lead will assist in designing, documenting, and executing performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and refining strategies based on performance insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economy or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing, marketing strategy, agency, or management consulting experience, with a strong interest or focus on digital, ecommerce, performance marketing, data analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Strong level of comfort with PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM platforms, and data visualization software.
