Senior Salesforce Developer, Quote-to-Cash

Role Overview

Genesys is seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Applications Developer to design, develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce applications within our Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, configure, and support scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, configuration, or enterprise application development
• Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Salesforce configuration
• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and platform capabilities
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and independently delivering Salesforce solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using debug logs, error messages, data analysis, and systematic root-cause analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to investigate issues thoroughly
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for technical deliverables and issue resolution
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, QA, Technical Leads, and other developers
