CPQ Solutions Engineer

Role Overview

The CPQ Solutions Engineer is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of the company’s CPQ and product configurator platforms.

What You Will Do

Manage, configure, maintain, monitor, and support CPQ and product configurator applications, provide production support, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Typically requires zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience or equivalent experience
• Experience with CPQ, product configurator, quoting, pricing, ERP, CRM, or other business systems is preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate system issues as appropriate
• Understanding of application configuration, maintenance, administration, and support
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, CPQ, or related enterprise business systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across Sales, Operations, Pricing, Product Management, and IT teams
