Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will work closely with NAPA Branch Managers to build successful business relationships with target customers within your territory. You will be responsible for sales and gross margin performance of your territory, and will work to proactively find solutions to customer problems.
What You Will Do
Your duties will include solving customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs, attending and participating in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions, achieving sales budgets, developing new business, and fostering a culture of safety.
