Role Overview

Join Kite, a biopharmaceutical company, as an Associate Director, Sales Analytics and Operations to drive sales planning and performance through data-driven insights and operational excellence. What You Will Do

Responsibilities include sales planning and analytics, operations excellence, and people leader accountabilities. The candidate will lead field force KPI development, performance reporting, and analytics projects to inform business issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Masters’ Degree and 8+ years of relevant industry experience
  • PhD and Two Years Experience
