Prepare accurate customer quotes, process purchase orders, monitor order activity, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.

Requirements
- 3-4 years of inside sales experience
- Experience in selling IT and AV solutions, networking hardware, managed services, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, or other complex B2B products
- Proven negotiation and upselling skills
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Calm, resourceful problem-solver with strong critical-thinking skills
