Role Overview

The Community Partner Management (CPM) team is responsible for supporting and educating thousands of short-form video creators worldwide, leveraging peer-to-peer connection and inspiration to drive creator success.

What You Will Do

Manage a portfolio of fast-rising business generation YouTube creators, drive product adoptions, collaborate with Marketing and Product, and analyze creator feedback to recommend changes.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience with digital/social media, creator/community management, communications, content programming, and creative campaign design/management, and is fluent in Urdu, Bengali, Mandarin, or Bahasa.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 year of experience with digital/social media, creator/community management, communications, content programming, and creative campaign design/management
  • Experience working with media and tech in Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other APAC markets
  • Global market experience across multiple time zones
  • Experience in the video content creation ecosystem (Short-form, Long-form, Podcast, or Live)
  • Experience with creator/community management, communications, content programming or creative campaign design/management
  • Ability to communicate in Urdu, Bengali, Mandarin, or Bahasa fluently
