Role Overview
The GTM Strategy and Operations Manager ensures the Go-to-Market Operations team runs smoothly, setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution. The team is analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
What You Will Do
Build relationships with senior stakeholders, foster collaboration, identify growth opportunities and threats, develop strategic plans, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience with project management, strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Experience working in sales enablement
- Experience leveraging problem solving skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL)
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations
- Strong collaborator with ideas, energy, determination, and a passion for AI
- Excellent communicator with great people management and presentation skills
- Excellent influencing and executive stakeholder management skills
