Role Overview

The Product Strategy and Operations Lead, Market Intelligence will build a robust and scalable platform to monitor and collect critical signals of market intelligence and participant behavior, identifying trends to help the team stay one step ahead. The role involves assisting with executive requests for information and insights, while proactively identifying patterns and bringing them to leaders across the Cloud business.

The Lead will identify and solve organizational problems by defining, leading, and establishing effective operating programs, processes, and tools to achieve key business goals. They will influence cross-functional teams and executive management to drive complex, strategic programs and market intelligence initiatives to successful completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects
• Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools
• Experience working with product and engineering teams
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or SaaS commercial programs and business models
• Exposure to statistical analysis, driver analysis, and incrementality calculations
• Ability to form excellent working relationships across business, operational, and technical functions
• Comfort with sprints to rapidly answer executive asks
