As a part of The YouTube Ads Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team, you will bridge the gap between YouTube Ads product teams and regional commercialization teams. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124,000 – $178,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive hypothesis-driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators.
  • Develop GTM plans, execute communication documents, and lead experiments/trusted tester programs.
  • Establish operational excellence by setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and driving annual business planning.
  • Gather market intelligence and conduct analyses and modeling to develop insights and SQL-based dashboards.
  • Build actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • Experience in consumer internet and media industries.
  • Experience using SQL or data analytics tools to deliver insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with controlled experiments, causal studies, and communicating technical results to non-technical audiences.
