Role Overview
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. As Sales Strategy and Operations Lead, you will work with Sales, Finance, Comp, Marketing, the Vendor Management Organization, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations teams to manage the strategy and operations for the SMB Segment in Google Cloud.
What You Will Do
Drive and land strategy and planning for the Mid-Market segment, constantly driving operational improvements. Program manage operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations with executive stakeholder management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in planning, management consulting, investment banking, or similar data-driven business roles
- Experience developing models using spreadsheet software, retrieving inputs from sources, and collaborating with decision-makers to drive actions
- Experience with SQL, database, scripting, and business intelligence tools
