Role Overview

The Viewer Growth Team Lead, Product Strategy and Operations will help drive YouTube growth strategy through investigative insights and operational excellence. The team partners with Product and Engineering leaders to enable better decisions and faster execution.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include working with the YouTube Viewer leadership team, analyzing and communicating YouTube’s performance against goals, running a weekly ‘health of the business’ forum, and managing the viewer growth product strategy and operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company
• Experience providing data-driven decision support and advice to executive stakeholders
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects
• Experience with SQL and spreadsheet based analysis
