Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Deal Desk to act as a strategic advisor to our regional sales team, structuring complex commercial deals and optimizing end-to-end management processes.

What You Will Do

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform include deal structuring & advisory, end-to-end orchestration, process design & optimization, financial analysis & CRM insights, contracting and compliance, performance monitoring, and report & strategy.

This role requires 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, or Sales Ops, with deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structures, revenue recognition, and commercial contract management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, or Sales Ops
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structures, revenue recognition, and commercial contract management
  • Advanced financial modeling and SQL/Python skills
  • Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot) and BI tools
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance) and lead negotiation support
