Key responsibilities include HR business partnering, field connect, HR operations, employee lifecycle, recruitment, workforce expansion, performance, engagement, and development, and HR compliance, reporting, and data management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in HR operations or HRBP, with a preference for field-based, multi-location, or development sector experience, and strong verbal/written communication in Hindi and English.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
