Role Overview

The role involves collaborating closely with state leadership to implement people processes, drive employee engagement, and manage HR operations across field teams.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include HR business partnering, field connect, HR operations, employee lifecycle, recruitment, workforce expansion, performance, engagement, and development, and HR compliance, reporting, and data management.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in HR operations or HRBP, with a preference for field-based, multi-location, or development sector experience, and strong verbal/written communication in Hindi and English.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field

• HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Field Engagement, HR Analytics, and Statutory Compliance
