Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Manager at the Branch location by championing key organizational initiatives focused on enhancing sales productivity. This dynamic individual actively contributes to the development of strategies aimed at improving sales processes while collaboratively leading a team of Outside Sales Representatives.
What You Will Do
Assists to ensure the sales team provides a thorough, effective and professional presentation to each customer, assists in the training and development of Outside Sales Representatives, and conducts ride-a-longs with Outside Sales Representatives to improve techniques and processes.
