Senior Inside Sales Analyst (Consórcio)

Role Overview

The Inside Sales team is the heart of our strategy, acting directly on the expansion of our Consórcio product. We are looking for an engaged professional who, with proactivity and passion for sales, will be responsible for connecting with qualified leads, understanding their needs, and presenting the best solution.

What You Will Do

Lead Management and Contact: Perform active follow-up of the Inbound lead base through multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, and phone), transforming opportunities into meetings/sales. Qualification and Rapport: Apply qualification techniques to understand the specific needs of the customer and present our Consórcio solution (after internal training).

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (Inbound), preferably in Inside Sales, telemarketing, or commercial service sales and products.
• Solid ability to negotiate and close deals through digital channels (WhatsApp, phone calls, and email).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with active listening and empathy to understand the customer’s pain points and needs.
• Organization and discipline to manage multiple leads simultaneously, ensuring the sales funnel cadence.
• Strongly result-oriented mindset and resilience to handle daily objections.
• Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipefy) and other sales automation tools.
