Role Overview
The Senior People Operations Specialist will provide end-to-end People Operations support for employees and managers in Japan, Australia, Malaysia, and New Zealand, ensuring compliance with labour law and helping translate functional and regional people priorities into practical, locally relevant programs and practices.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers, partnering with People Business Partners, collaborating with Employee Experience, working with Compensation & Benefits, managing People processes, providing guidance to managers, and supporting People reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of People Operations experience, a strong understanding of People practices in Japan, and experience partnering with managers and cross-functional People teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years People Operations experience
- Strong working knowledge of Japanese labour law and People practices
- Experience partnering with managers and cross-functional People teams
- Business-level fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills
- Strong hands-on Workday experience
- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar case management system
