Role Overview
As our New Car Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind sales excellence and customer satisfaction. You will drive dealership success by achieving daily, monthly, and annual new vehicle sales and gross profit goals.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities include driving dealership success, collaborating with sales team members, coordinating with the Service Manager, coaching and mentoring sales professionals, implementing and upholding factory standards, and championing exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
- 1+ years in a dealership manager role with proven success
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience
- Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to drive profitability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills
- Proficiency with CRM, DMS, video software, and Microsoft applications
- Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional, polished, and customer-focused, with high integrity and confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
