Role Overview
Join a company shaping a healthier world as a Client Sales Account Manager. You will be key in expanding Wellhub’s Germany client book focusing on Mid-market and Enterprise prospects. You will build strategic partnerships with key decision-makers, crafting personalized solutions that address their unique challenges.
What You Will Do
New Business Development: Engage with new strategic accounts to uncover new revenue opportunities and develop customised solutions that meet the needs of Enterprise prospects (+501 FTEs in Germany). Senior Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, Reward Directors, and Wellbeing leaders.

Requirements
- Proven Success in SaaS Sales: Experience in enterprise sales new logo acquisition(501+ FTEs in Germany ) with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and working on ticket sizes of £100K – £500K+.
- Expertise in Strategic Account Management: Experience in managing complex sales cycles (6 months+), developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships within a target-driven environment.
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortably engage with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and business functions to align solutions with customer needs.
- Complex Sales Expertise: Skilled at managing multi-phase sales cycles, navigating intricate procurement and compliance processes, and presenting compelling value propositions to senior leadership.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an approachable and engaging way.
- Data & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present in a compelling way to prospects.
- Passion for Learning: A deep enthusiasm for the Sales profession and how to constantly improve individually and collectively
- AI-savvy: We are looking for an individual who is comfortable with generative tools and skilled at crafting effective prompts to enhance daily tasks.
