As a Process Specialist – Sales Operations and Customer Care, you will join the Sales Operations and Customer Care team and report directly to the Sales Operations and Customer Care Director. This permanent position is based in Obernai or Paris.

What will your missions be?

  • Design and standardize end-to-end customer operations management processes to ensure efficient and consistent customer experience.
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, simplification and optimization.
  • Define and deploy Target Operating Models aligned with company strategy and market needs.
  • Prepare processes for automation by defining business requirements, data structures and associated quality standards.
  • Implement robust process governance, manage change requests and ensure alignment between global standards and local needs.
  • Collaborate closely with business, IT and transformation teams to support the deployment of new processes and tools.

About you?

  • You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, operations management, continuous improvement or equivalent field.
  • You have significant experience in process design and optimization, ideally in a customer relationship or contact center environment.
  • You master process mapping methodologies (AS-IS / TO-BE), continuous improvement and operational standardization.
  • You are comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (business, IT, transformation) in an international context.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, results orientation and ability to support change.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an asset.
