Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded RevOps Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. The RevOps Analyst will play a key role in optimizing our Customer Success operations to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Analyze customer retention, churn, and expansion trends across ARR, cohorts, segments, and lifecycle stages to surface risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for leadership. Partner closely with Customer Success leaders and Managers to support QBRs, renewals, and account planning through data-driven insights, forecasts, and customer health analysis.

Requirements
- Deep expertise in ARR and retention analytics
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or finance
- Advanced analytical and systems proficiency, including CRM and CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Churn Zero) and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Meticulous organization and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving aptitude
- Comfort using AI tools responsibly
- Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
