Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Revenue Strategy & Operations is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, contributing to ServiceTitan’s growth across multiple business segments. This is a rotational role and flexibility is essential. You’ll start with deep ownership in one area and rotate into new areas over time with the evolution of business needs and your development goals.
What You Will Do
Ideate and lead deep dives / analysis in collaboration with cross-functional partners into the highest-priority strategic topics for your current rotation. Own high-impact initiatives and drive them from opportunity identification / strategic incubation through ongoing execution and iteration.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’ll need 5+ years of work experience in a combination of high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting. Functional experience in operations / business operations, strategy, go-to-market and/or growth within the SaaS space is preferred.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in a combination of high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting
- Functional experience in operations / business operations, strategy, go-to-market and/or growth within the SaaS space
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in new domains and develop a point of view
- Ability to distill complex issues into concrete action plans; manage execution; and drive results
