Role Overview

Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative-Inside Sales to join their team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will be friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented, with excellent communication skills. They will work in a decentralized environment, processing sales orders, assisting customers, and growing sales with existing customers.

What You Will Do

Accurately process sales orders and bids, assist customers, find innovative ways to grow sales, investigate and resolve customer problems, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or inside sales
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred
• Effectively use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service, telephone/verbal communication, and generous listening skills
• Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
