Role Overview
Support Maghreb Sales operations lead to ensuring efficient execution of the commercial activities with Haleon partners in Maghreb Markets. Translate RTM strategy into actions to ensure Haleon brands availability and accessibility across different trade channels in Maghreb markets.
What You Will Do
Set Local and communicate sales targets and ensure alignment with executional excellence agenda across different markets. Lead sales MIS dashboards and data analysis to enhance sales team performance and productivity as well to understand the ROI of all in store activities.

Requirements
- 2 years of c Sales Experience with previous Sales Operations and Field Sales exposure
- Experience of direct Distribution Management
- Clear understanding of Retail Audit or Other data sources, with ability to drive actionable insights from it
- Strong knowledge and understanding of distributor operations
- Strong Sales Analytics and Forecasting abilities
