Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support pipeline growth through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This role focuses on engaging prospects across B2B and B2C markets, identifying opportunities, and setting qualified meetings for the sales team in a high-velocity sales environment.
What You Will Do
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and social channels, respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing initiatives, engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs and fit, generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos, maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM, follow established sales processes and messaging frameworks, consistently meet activity and opportunity creation targets.
